Abstract Submission

Abstracts should be prepared using the abstract sample template and send without changing the file format.

The abstracts approved by the scientific committee will be published in the scientific program and abstract book. All the papers are subject to rigorous peer-review by at least two members of scientific committee or additional reviewers. The review process is single-blind, which means that reviewers are not seen by author(s).

The abstract should be sent on the requested form, the title should be as short as possible and the content should be reflective.

All abstracts should be presented in English.

Estimated presentation time is 15 minutes(additional 5 minutes will given for questions). Certificate of Presentation will be delivered after presentation via e-mail.

Editorial Instructions

Errors such as spelling, linguistic information, or scientific facts in the abstracts will be published as they are.

All required information (such as name – surname – abstract title) must be filled during registration.

All participants submitting a paper for oral presentation must officially register for the conference and pay the registration fees in order to publish the paper in the conference proceedings.

A letter of acceptance and presentation certificate will be sent to the authors.
